Ingredients:

1 pack unMEAT Chicken Patty

2 tbsp olive oil

2 cups cooked Japanese rice

2 cupsshredded cabbage

½ cup tomato ketchup

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp sesame oil

2 tbsp brown sugar

1 tspgrated ginger

To taste salt and pepper

3 tbsp vegan mayonnaise

1 tsp sesame oil

1 tsp toasted sesame seeds

2 tsprice vinegar

To tastesalt, sugar (depends on vegan mayo taste)

How To:

1.Cook the unMEAT Chik’n Patty in 2 tbsp hot oil until crispy and browned. Drain on paper towels.

2.Make the tonkatsu sauce by combining the tomato ketchup, soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar and grated ginger. Season with salt and pepper.

3.To make the roasted mayo dressing, in a bowl add together the vegan mayonnaise, sesame oil, toasted sesame seeds, rice vinegar and seasonings. Mix thoroughly.

4.Serve the crisp unMEAT chik’n patty with hot Japanese rice, a side of cabbage salad with roasted sesame dressing and prepared tonkatsu sauce.
