Spicy Tuna-Style Flakes With Lemon Orzo

Ingredients:

1-180 gunMEAT fish-free tuna hot & spicy

1 tbspolive oil

1 pcleek, chopped

3 cloves garlic, chopped

½ tspdried oregano

1 cupuncooked orzo or risoni

1 cupvegetable stock

¼ cupgreen peas (fresh or frozen)

1 pclemon, zested and juiced

A sprig ofbasil, chopped

To tastesea salt

To tasteground black pepper

Optionalgrated vegan cheese

How To:

1.Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add leeks, garlic and dried oregano. Sauté until aromatic.

2.Stir in unMEAT fish-free tuna hot & spicy, orzo, vegetable stock and almond milk. Continue cooking with frequent stirring for 5 minutes.

3.Add lemon zest, lemon juice, green peas and basil. Cook for 5 more minutes then turn off heat. Season with salt and pepper according to taste. Serve while still hot with a drizzle of olive oil or a sprinkle of vegan cheese.
