Ingredients:

2-180gunMEAT fish-free tuna style flakes in water

1 pcmedium sized - potato, peeled, diced and boiled

3 stalksscallions, chopped

1 tsplemon zest

1 tbsplemon juice

2-3 tbspmayonnaise (vegan mayo, optional)

Dash ofgarlic salt, or to taste

Sprinkle ofonion powder

Pinch ofpepper

¼ cupall-purpose flour mixed with,

¼ cupcornstarch

Vegetable oil for pan frying

Optional Choice of dipping sauce – ranch, aioli or tartare

How To:

1.Drain liquid from unMEAT Tuna in Water then place in a medium-sized bowl. Roughly mash the potatoes then add to the tuna flakes.

2.Add scallions, lemon zest, garlic salt and pepper and mix well. Portion mixture to 6 or 8 then form into patties by hand.

3.Dredge in flour and cornstarch mixture and pan fry in hot oil until golden. Serve with your favorite dip.
