Burger with Caramelized Onions

Ingredients:

2 packs unMEAT BURGER, thawed

2 large onions, sliced

2 to 3 tablespoonsolive oil

Sprinkle of sea salt

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

2 to 3 tablespoonsvegetable oil

4 ounces vegan mayonnaise

A bunch ofarugula

4 ouncesvegan barbecue sauce

How To:

1.To caramelize the onions: Heat olive oil in a skillet. Add onions and cook over low to medium heat, stirring frequently until golden-brown. Add vinegar and stir to deglaze pan. Season with salt according to taste. Set aside.

2.Cook unMEAT Burgers in an oiled griddle or pan on medium-high heat until nicely browned on both sides. Fill cooked patties into toasted buns with mayonnaise, arugula, barbecue sauce and caramelized onions.
