1 pack, 180gunMEAT Tapa, thawed
2 tbspoil
2 tbsp vegan butter
3 pcsonions, white sliced
To taste salt and black pepper

1 tbsp flour
1 cupoat milk
1 cupunCHEESE, grated

4 pcsplant based hotdog roll
How To:
1.In a hot pan, add oil. Fry unMEAT Tapa until slightly toasted. Set aside.
2.In another pan, cook down the onions by heating the butter first. Once butter is melted, add the sliced onions and sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Cook in low heat until the onion turn dark in color.
3.In a sauce pan, make the unCHEESE sauce. Melt down the butter. Add the flour and stir until slightly cooked. Slowly stir in the oat milk. Incorporate the oat milk slowly, whisking continuously. Add the grated unCHEESE and continue cooking and whisking until the cheese melts and the sauce thickens. Set aside.
4.To assemble the sandwich, toast the bread in vegan butter. Fill the bottom with the cooked unMEAT Tapa, then layer with the caramelized onions then pour the unCHEESE sauce on top.
5.Serve warm.
